The Personal Data We Hold
Anyone purchasing the Corbettmaths Revision cards provides us with: Name, Address and Email Address. We keep this information solely to fulfil the order.
Anyone using the website, we collect through the use of cookies: country of access, pages viewed and if any page referred us.
We keep all personal information confidential and do not sell or divulge user’s information to advertisers or external third parties, with the exception of Royal Mail/Parcelforce to fulfil the delivery of goods.
We do not hold any financial information. All credit card payments are handled by PayPal.
We delete all personal data where we no longer require it for legitimate business purposes. We retain personal information to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations. See Terms and Conditions.
Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, restriction, opposition, and erasure. Please contact us if you wish to exercise these rights.
Security
All data kept is encrypted. We use secure passwords and multi-stage sign ins to keep your data safe.
We do not transfer your data outside of the EU. Some of our third party processors (e.g. Google Drive) store data outside of the EU but with GDPR compliant contractual provisions (EU-US Privacy Shield Framework).
Third Parties
We have a number of agreements with the third parties who process personal data on our behalf (Royal Mail, Parcelforce etc). These vary in their make-up but all have been assessed for GDPR with guarantees of their preparations being sought from all.
